Auch im Februar/März habt ihr wieder die Gelegenheit euch einen Termin bei ihm zu buchen. Die Massagen finden bei uns in der Yogawerkstatt im kleinen Raum statt.

Throughout my journey, I have been blessed to learn from teachers representing diverse lineages and approaches, an experience that has deeply shaped my unique style of ‚working.‘ My philosophy is rooted in a ‚check and treat‘ methodology. I believe in personalizing every session to the individual’s immediate needs. Now a devoted practitioner and teacher, I am committed to sharing this life-changing knowledge through the spirit of Metta, or loving-kindness.

A native of Athens and a lifelong seeker of spiritual growth, my journey has been shaped by a deep fascination with the healing traditions of Africa and Asia. While searching for relief from chronic cervical spine syndrome, I discovered Traditional Thai Massage. The experience was so transformative that it inspired me to seek a deeper, holistic way of living, revealing that this practice was not just a powerful therapy, but a profound spiritual path.

Practical Information

• Location: small studio at Yogawerkstatt
• The Setting: To allow for a full range of movement, the session takes place on a comfortable mat on the floor.
• Attire: You remain fully clothed throughout the treatment. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (such as yoga wear or sweatpants) that allows for easy stretching.
• Duration: 90 minutes, please arrive 5 Mins before your appointment
• Energy Exchange: 120 Euros (Cash only).
